Wasabi-Sesame Steak

Ingredients
  • 1 Beef steak

  • Oil for frying

  • Salt and pepper to taste

    Wasabi-Sesame Sauce

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon Wasabi-Sesame Sauce

Directions

1. Add salt and pepper to the beef. Heat oil in a frying pan, fry the beef on both sides, then remove from the pan.
2. Add balsamic vinegar and soy sauce to the pan, bring to a boil briefly, then turn off the heat.
3. Add Wasabi-Sesame Dressing and stir, then pour the mixture onto the beef to finish.

Spring Mimosa Salad

Ingredients
  • 2 cooked chicken tenders or breasts 

  • 8 broad beans

  • 8 snap peas

  • 8 snow peas

  • 1 boiled egg

  • Handful mini tomatoes

  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

  • 2 tablespoons Wasabi-Sesame Dressing 

Directions

1. Slice or shred the cooked chicken.
2. Boil the broad beans, snap garden peas and snow peas.
3. Mix the mayonnaise and dressing in a bowl, mix with the chicken and veggies, and transfer to a dish.
4. Slice hardboiled egg into wedges.

5. Garnish salad with the egg and mini tomatoes.

Shrimp Pasta

Ingredients
  • 6 oz. dried spaghetti

  • 1 ½ tablespoons dried seaweed, crumbled

  • 1 tbsp. olive oil

  • ¼ lb. raw shrimp

  • 1/2 cup cream

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 2 tbsp. Wasabi-Sesame Dressing 

Directions

1.Boil the pasta to al dente, per the instructions, and then drain.
2. Heat the olive oil over medium-high heat, add the shrimp and cook until pink.
3. Add the cream and cook over low heat.  When it starts to simmer, turn off the heat and season with salt and pepper to taste.  4. Add the drained pasta, Wasabi-Sesame Dressing, and stir together.  Garnish with dried seaweed, and serve.

Noodle SALAD

Ingredients
  • 5 oz. uncooked soba/buckwheat noodles

  • 1 cup mesclun or watercress

  • A few mini tomatoes

  • 3 tablespoons Wasabi-Sesame Dressing

Directions
  1. Boil soba noodles per instructions, drain, and transfer to plate.

  2. Arrange greens and tomatoes on top.

  3. Pour wasabi-sesame dressing over dish just before serving.
